2012 had began before I even had the chance to digest that it is here. My last post on this blog takes me way back to my summer holidays. Since then there was the end of my holidays, the of the Summer, then the Autumn, then there was something else and then there was all of a sudden Christmas and hop! Happy New Year.
And since I missed to write in my Blog for so long, I would like to share some impressions of the last half a year.
The first impression is of our amazing performance of Swan Lake by the famous Royal Sanitation Ballet. This was a remarkable show which brought us lots of applause and we will definitely do some more this year. The girls in the picture (from left to right) are: Supriya (Supi), Aranyo, me-self, Aseema and Nalini (or "Lini"- as she called by little Daniel 2 years old).

The next image is of little Daniel, whom I call the "Sunshine" of my life". Daniel's parents are good friends of mine (Buddha Prem and Sanjula), and luckily they live next door. This makes Daniel my neighbour and he comes often, enters my office, steps up the two steps on his cute little legs, stands up proudly and says in the sweetest voice you can imagine: "Elo Bodhi!" and every time he just melts me down and makes my day. So here is quite an outdated photo from the end of the summer.

The next image is of my Birthday table and you can see my birthday card, made by Jayesh (it's the thing with the ABBA at the back:

My birthday is always in Autumn, so here is a picture which I took deep into the heart of Autumn when it was wet and cold, and I stepped out the car one morning far away from home, when I went to the printer:

Also in this Autumn someone whom I knew had died. After the funural we went to a place which had this sign on the wall and I thought it was a beautiful message:

This was the Autumn and then the winter was supposed to come but never came. Never the less, we came back from a group in England (got delayed because of weather conditions), came out of the airport to discover Schiphol Christmas tree:

I was together with Darshan who prepares our Christmas decoration every year. We both looked at the tree. Schiphol is the best in terms of Christmas decoration. Darshan took a long look at the tree, and look what she came up with:

My dear friend Aseema is Italian. There for I sometimes call her CiCima and when we do the Rebalancing course together I call her Assimus Platimus (to go along with the all the other muscels). During christmas she came up with the most beautiful invention: angels from Pasta (and she has copyrights so don't try to copy).

And then I'm coming to the end of this brief summery of my latest highlights of 2011. In the beginning of the year, like exactly a year ago, a friend had given me a CD with 5 meditations by Abraham, which is a group of teachers, channeled by Esther Hicks. These meditations are 15 minuted each and they brought a big change in my life in all directions. As soon I started to do them, I started also to run. I never liked running, I always found it so boring. So there was no more surprised then me to discover how much joy, pleasure and fun running is giving me. My goal was to run the quarter of marathon, which happens here in our village every year. And on the 8 of January this year I ran the Egmond aan Zee Quarter Marathon in one hour, 6 minutes and 21 seconds. Next year I'll do the half. Here is a picture of happy me with my running partners Claudia and her Friend. We ran all together and supported each other. It was such a gift. The weather was spectaculars; sunshine with the wind in our back. We ran in the village, on the beach and in the dunes. People were standing by the side of the road, cheering and encouraging us. Us - 2500 runners. It was just GREAT!
